Freedom Friday!

Happy 4th of July, friends!  I hope you are taking some time today to reflect on what a blessing it is to live in this beautiful country.  I know I am!  I'll be in Raton this weekend enjoying time with my family and enjoying all the wonderful things about a holiday in a small town.  For such a small town, Raton puts on one of the very best fireworks shows I've ever seen!  I can't wait.

Today's card is a card I mailed to my mom this week in anticipation of my visit and of the holiday.

 



Unfortunately, this has been a VERY busy week and so I didn't have time to go back and make the notes about all the supplies used on this card.  I can tell you that the stamp set used to make the flag is "Work of Art" ... I just love that set ... it's so versatile!  And that the "God Bless" actually says "God Bless You" and I just masked off the "you" part so that I could add America.  If you would like more details about this card or how to duplicate it, please send me a message and I am more than happy to share!
