Hello again, friends:
Today I continue my "Endless Birthday Wishes" week. This little stamp set is so cute, I just couldn't limit myself to one day. Here's today's card:
Not a lot to say about this card. It was pretty simple! My supplies are listed below (excluding card stock which is blackberry bliss, lost lagoon and whisper white).

Endless Birthday Wishes Week
Happy Monday, friends!
I hope you all had a wonderful, blessed and creative weekend! I spent some wonderful quality time with my family and a little bit of time in my stamp room.
This week, I'm doing an entire week with one stamp set! Can you imagine!? (For the record, I will occasionally ADD other stamp sets in on a card or project this week, but for everything I post this week, it will include at least part of the Endless Birthday Wishes stamp set. This has been a HUGELY popular stamp set for Stampin' Up! and now that I've had a chance to play with it, I know why!
But ... for now ... on with today's card ...

- It's photopolymer! I don't know if you've tried our photopolymer stamps, but they give a beautiful image every time and they are clear so you can see exactly where you are stamping and line things up perfectly! LOVE IT!
- The font for the sentiments is gorgeous! It's a perfect mix of elegance and whimsy.
- The cake image is so fun! (And if you have Blendabilities, it's even MORE fun!) (If you don't have Blendabilities, you NEED to ... let's talk!)
- And finally, it's so versatile! I hope to show you the versatility of this set over the course of this week.
But ... for now ... on with today's card ...
How much fun is that! I just love it! Unfortunately, you can't see that I added some glitter to the cake, but in person, it's sparkly and so beautiful! Since the cake was shimmery, I just had to add some rhinestones to the star sequins and to the greeting. I think this card just came out so adorable!
I hope you will stop back in tomorrow to see what else I'm doing with this set. Until then, here's wishing you many creative adventures and a very Blessed day!
Kim
P.S. In case you have grown used to my supply list at the bottom of my posts, I've decided to stop linking every card stock I use and just list the other supplies, but if you want to know a specific color in a project, please feel free to ask.

Faith Based Friday
Hello, friends and HELLO FRIDAY!
I only worked four days this week, but I swear it has felt like eight! When you take time off work, you always word double hard when you come back, don't you? Oh well ... the time off was wonderful, so it makes it all worth it.
For today's Faith Based Friday post, I was inspired by this quote I found on Pinterest:
I love that quote. It's really true that even if you find yourself sometimes doubting if God is with us, just look around. There are so many beautiful things in this world that could only have been made by a wonderful and loving creator.
I used the background of that quote as the starting point for this card:

Girls Night Out
Hello again, friends!
Tuesday night was Girls Night Out! Not the type of Girls Night Out you are probably used to. NO, this is WAY BETTER! Every month, I host a Girls Night Out night of stamping fun! I have such an awesome group of ladies and we always have a wonderful time when we get together to stamp. This month, we made five cards using the "Something to Say" stamp set. Here's what stamps are in that stamp set:
Cute, right? I really love this set! there's something for lots of different occasions and moods. Anyway ... today I am sharing one of the cards we made last night. This card is mostly CASE'd from my up-line, the wonderful and talented Ronda Wade.

Faith Based Friday
Matthew 6:3-4 "but when you give to the poor, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving will be in secret; and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you."
I think this is probably a scripture that most of us are familiar with. And I think that in large part, the scripture is probably referring to giving monetarily to the poor when you are able, but for today's Faith Based Friday post, I thought maybe we'd look at this scripture in another way. God expects us to help the poor monetarily, if we can, but what if you can't afford to give money? Or what if you are already giving money and you want to help in some other way? Or, what if it's not MONEY that someone needs? What if their "need" is love or support or encouragement? I think God also expects us to share our time and our talent with others ... and really this can be a way of "giving" as well.
Before I expand on that, this here is the card that I prepared for today's Faith Based Friday post:
I love that sentiment from the "Trust God" stamp set. So I was thinking about giving and I decided to issue a challenge. I am challenging everyone who reads this post to do one Random Act of Kindness for someone else this week. It doesn't have to cost anything ... it could be something as simple as calling someone to let them know you are thinking about them and praying for them. Wouldn't our world be a better place if EVERYONE was more consistent in doing things like that?
Well ... that's it for today. As always, I thank you for stopping in and checking out my projects and reading some of my thoughts. I hope my Faith Based Fridays posts bless you in some way.
Until next time ... Wishing you many creative adventures and a very Blessed day!
